Until I read your story I thought I was the only one with a NFH. After 8 years,there's too much to tell. My situation is so similiar to yours it was as if you were telling my story. I found so much comfort in your compasionate description that I believed you were the only one that could understand. I'll gladly give you my e-mail or home ph if it's protected from public view.
Sue, please don't print my e-mail or ph#. I'm so desperate to talk to someone who really understands what it's like to live with a NFH. I've mentioned my story before,8 yrs with a stalker. Unless you've experienced it most people just don't get it. I've been contacted by the Dr.Phil show twice but I refused to go on as my NFH will portray the victim. asegler@knology.net (850)770-8910

Thank you for asking! I'm still struggling with PTSD. It hangs on a very long time. But I have quite a bit written anyway and hack at it every few days. It is not fun to write, not interesting to me, and very difficult to get motivated. I'm trying to get motivated by reading about writing memoirs and creative nonfiction. Really tough, but I'm getting there. How are you doing in your situation?
Please keep trying to finish your book. We need your insight and inspiration. As I posted earlier you have a gift for story telling and you have a BIG story to tell that would help soooo many people. Until I found your web site I thought only I had as bad a problem as you did,and yes I have kids who've been effected by this. Dig deep and write,we need your help!! Happy New Year.
I have been living in a condo now for a almost a year with no problems, and all of a sudden the guy in back of me started with putting music blaring at early morning hours, and now all the time he puts just bass on at a very low volume when I go to bed and 4 am and on. I call the cops and he turns it off. It is so hard to prove. He has me looking batty. I don't know what ticked him off. I had talked to him and he denies even having a stereo system. He looks like a nerdy scientist during the day and serial killer at night type of guy. I think he is doing this because I am a girl living by myself. What a coward!!! My next step may be soundproofing, but nothing is guranteed.
